YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE: Day of the race, please bring cash. If you need a receipt we will gladly provide you with one. As our races continue to grow, it makes payout difficult when checks are written for your entries when we payout in cash. You may write a check for memberships and saddle nominations, but again please bring cash for your entries.
WHEN YOUR MEMBERSHIP NEEDS TO BE RE-NEWED PLEASE IF ALL POSSIBLE RENEW AT A RACE OR CONTACT TERRY ABOUT MAILING YOUR MEMBERSHIP DIRECTLY TO HER. This really helps us to keep memberships current. Sometimes it take the National Office awhile to get renewals posted ~ thus making it harder on our district office help.

+++++PLEASE TAKE NOTE -- CHANGES IN 2008+++++
These are the topics that were brought up at the general membership meeting and what was decided on. If you have any questions or comments about them talk with Terry.
1. EXHIBITION LIMITS: 3 + 1 rule (example) If you have 3 horses entered in the class, you get 3 for the 1st horse and 1 more for each of the others for a total of 5. If you are only coming for exhibitions, same thing applies, if you bring 4 horses, you are allowed 3 for the first one and 1 for each of the others, a total of 6. You can use the exhibitions as you like, but you can only have 6. Also, you can only enter for yourself, or a member of your family. You may not enter someone else. NO EXHIBITIONS OVER THE PHONE--DO NOT ASK!! YOU CANNOT PRE-ENTER FOR EXHIBITIONS--DON'T PUT THEM ON YOUR PRE-ENTRY FORM.
2. PEEWEE CLASS: If your child runs a time that would place in the 3D of the youth class 3 out of 5 runs, your child will need to move to the Youth Class. If your child is moved, they will not take their points with them, they will start fresh in the Youth Class. We will have a "graduation" for them with an award, but they will go into the Youth without their PeeWee points. Now, if we go to an arena where a local child gets in, there is no way that we could know how they compete. So, if they run a time that would place in the 3D in the youth, their time will not set the pace for the regular PeeWee class points, they will win their money if that is the case, but the points will not be based on their time.
3. EXHIBITIONS ONLY: If you come to exhibition only, you will be required to pay the facility/barn fees at the facility where we have to charge that fee.
The nomination date for these horses is December 1, 2007. These horses cannot be older than 6 years old as of January 1, 2008. If you do not nominate by December 1st 2007 and intend to compete in the Incentive class, please nominate BEFORE you compete on these horses. If there are any questions about this class, PLEASE let me know. 2008 will be our 3rd year for this class and we are so pleased with the success of the class. It has really been exciting to watch the young horses come into themselves and I am so proud when someone asks about the class. ***************************************************** I will close with this: I am so excited about this year and about the coming year. It will be a challenging year for Jerry and I. As you all probably have heard, we have taken on the State Directorship and we are very anxious about it.
